so korea was awesome.... i wasnt there long enough to write in this journal....

and now i am home... and it still feels weird... even though i have been here since the 14th of aug....

I wasnt ablt to register right away because the system kicked me out .... so i talked to the international centre and they got it fixed for me..... weird kinda feeling.... i wont be going there all the time anymore.... i am home now.... and it is a different international centre .... i am not a foreign student anymore....

well either way i got here really early so that i could get that fixed out  ...  i got a ride and i was here by lets say 8 .... and one of the classes that i might take doesnt start till 2:30..... so i got to wait.... and wait..... and do some more waiting..... and it is still only 1:30..... so i have one more hour to go ..... and i will get picked up at around 5:30 to go home...... yeah.... bore out of my mind..... and the internet on the computer wouldnt work in the library where it is quiet .... so i get to sit in the noisey cafeteria..... and eat rice soup..... and an aero bar ...... it doesnt taste the same.... i mean i had them when steven brought them to me in japan... but still those werent the same either.......


booooored... ok i should be more productive now.... heheeh well not that i was doing nothing before... hehehe

i will miss this place ...... so much ........ and i am really stressed out .... i dont want to go .... but i do ..... i hate this feeling

I can tell i am stressed about school when i am having nightmares about not studying for a Kanji quiz......

looking back now... we feel that he picked on us not only because he is an ***** but also because he is racist..... he doesnt like foreigners in his country ... or in his park... how about on his planet?
a bunch of us spoke to the international centre staff..... but as i thought... nothing much we can really do....

i guess there really are people like that everywhere...


on another note.... my bf grandmother passed away recently... we are going to taiwan for the service . leaving this friday .... wont be back here till next sat... so i am skipping school .. i am so badass....

on a happy note he will be here at 10pm ish tomorrow.... i cant wait....

so picture this ... a group of international students in a public park minding our own business keeping the noise level down pretty well.....
enjoying our bbq and haveing a good time
walk in low level yakuza type guy
kickes over small bbq proceeds to step on it and asks us what we are doing etc etc
then he proceeds to walk towards one of the int. guys who keep cool and just backs up ... then he gets slapped....
walk in another int. guy trying to get an explanation .... yakuza guy still pissed....
one of the int girls who thinks this is outrageous makes a sound similar to laughing...
yakuza guy turns around .... what are you laughing at?
im not laughing at anything... he wals towards her
she backs up
he keeps asking the same question he gets too close and another int girls pushes in and tells him off....
then one guy proceeds to tell yakuza that he is japanese and conversation continues.....
it is the yakuzas park of course.....
so our japanese friend appologizes ....
the yakuzas friend show up and tried to get him to leave.....
he leaves

we clean up
and head to another park to finish off our bbq.....

he walks away feeling so cool because he picked on us
i have half of it on tape just in case.....
this is when it is good that i have my camera out and on me all the time.....
i am a paparazzi here....

but there is nothing we can really do.....

i guess there is a first time for everything.....

the one part that i remember about the dream is that i was with people and they had shotguns..... and apparently were looking for someone....
this one person without a shotgun was trying to prove his innocence.... and there was something about graffiti on the wall that he said wasnt there before.....
and when we found him
and he looked creepy eyed and was staring..... and said nothing but "run"
and then everyone did.... and so then did i
so i was last.... and we all know what happens to the last person....

i got caught... and i woke up feeling like someone had grabbed me around the stomach

and i woke to realize that i hadnt woken to my alarm.... i forgot about the headphones being plugged in.... and i only had 15 min to get ready....

my computer is my alarm..... and my alarm is my honey calling me...

Star Wars Day

so i had a dream last night where i was two people..... i was myself ( i think) .... and i was this very solemn woman who was slowly dying and she knew it.

i was researching a damn in the area and the woman who i played the role of was the husband of a very wealthy man... she had a daughter.... and aparently had just had a miscarriage i think .....

it was very werid for me to switch back and forth between these two women .... they were feeling very differnet emotions....

i ended up waking at the part where i was the solemn woman.... and so i woke feeling rather solemn.......

so i had another strange dream i dont remember it all because i didnt have time to write it on the day

there was a mix of my honeys place at home and his grandmothers place in taiwan.....

there wre plants out on the balcony some reallly strange ones... and i was taking pics of them
and some of them were really freaky and opened up scary and weird ....

and there wasa bed .... in the other area of the balcony ... which was outside... and i thought that was weird but everyone was like... what you dont have on on your balcony? (not in those words) and i was wondering about when it rains.... i couldnt figure out if this was in taiwan where they get regular serious downpours....i experienced one.... we went out in sandals.....

anyways back to the dream ....
there was something eles going on .... but i dont rememer it well....
(actually written on the 2nd -i didnt have time...)

so i had another strange dream and ended up waking at  525ish

i dont think i can explain it all in detail nor in the right order

but assically i had to leave my home to protect everyone.... kinda a chinese style area ... i think i lived with the king queen whatever you wanted to call them... i think

I ran through this vilage trying to protect people... there was something to do ith stuffed animals.... ad my twin cousins.... and a bunch of kids that i had to convince to run away before the people kille dthem with ninja stars..... and something.... and i continued to fight and run around this area that makes me think of mulan... i dunno ....

the last thing i remember i went up the giant steps to try to bring peace to the rulers of the two main lands that had been fighting for so long.... and apparently the only people allowed to go up there were those 4 people... and there were dragons in the clouds that were going to kill me.... so i drank something in this cupboard and ran down... but apparently by going up there i convinced them to stop fightning... and for some reason after i drank it the dragons followed me ut didnt attack... and it changed so i could see what was going on above ... kinda like a movie... and appartently someone was destined to do what i did and so that is what brought peace......

and then when i got back down ...  i had to say goodbye to everyone and leave because these mystical people were going to kill everyone if i didnt... and i said goodbye to my mom and my honey... and then i went to leave... they were waiting for me outside so i have to sneak out... and apparently the way to do it was for me to turn into a cat..... a taby cat that apparently we owned one jusg like it ..... and then i woke up

ok so i had another dream about being sailor moon again .... hhahaha

only this one was different..... i was sparing with these other people..... we were apparently teaming up together ... dunnno why ... but they were teaching me how to fight without using my powers like the wand or anything.... because if i did that when i was sparing i would kill them ... and that isnt what i was after.....

so they are beating the crap out of me because i couldnt fight as well as they could.... and it was really bothering me .. not only because i was getting hurt.. but because it was so easy for them to do it.. and when i thought of how i was going to fight back ..  of course it woudnt work..... so at the very end i had to try to run away from them and practice more on my own... so i ran past my house i guess or someone elses.. and then hid.... changed back and made it seem like sailor moon had run through the house to escape.... and so i freaked out when these people jumped in the window because it was the second time... and i was for some reason in a towel... i guess it made it seem more realistic then... and i called out to my honey.... and he ran upstairs.... and the i woke up ....


so later on i guess i was thinking about it during the dream... because the other sailor scouts and tuxedo mask were going to go take my place for a while.... i wont give the exact reason tho..... but it is weird how this dream worked..... i was seeing things that were going to hapen in the future at the same time as i was in the present..... yeah ..

So i think it was yesterday that the mail came...
the Japanese government is giving away ￥12000 to all the citizens of the country (and ￥20000 if you are below 18 or above 65) 
so that is roughly i dunno current exchange rate $150 canadian or well the same American because the rate is getting closer..... less in euro
but free money is good...
that list of people receiving includes longer term international students like me.... that is if they were here last year.... and i was :)

so i have more money to put towards my RENT!!!!

and food... etc.... whatever i need it for... so yeah i am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!

i just went to the really cheap supermarket.... with Tho-san..... where has it been all these 6 months..... i wish i had known it was THAT much cheaper... i would have bugged people till the told me where it was..... wow

ok so i took her to mandai super first and then she asked me if i wanted to go to the other one because she knew where it was..... 0_o it was soooooo cheap and it isnt that much farther.... cheap for almost everything.... and and ... it has BULK..... which until now i didnt really think it existed except for the Costco that is too far to ride to and you need to take a car.... so yeah .....

and i met a lot of people today ... and i told them if they needed anything that they can ask.... and i plan on taking all the new students around izumi.... hehe sometime next week....

and i just gave away another plate.... and some salt.... and a tupperware type container...

so yeah i will be going to the cheap supermarket for a lot of things from now on...

i dreamed that i was Sailor Moon.... hahah

in all of my childhood of loving sailor moon i have no recollection of ever dreaming that i was her.... besides daydreaming ... hahah

so tuxedo mask (my actual bf now)  and i had just finished saving a bunch of people. but we were going to be late for our flight so we were running with the people through the airport and into an elevator..... then i hugged him and it felt real.... like i was actually hugging someone.... and then when we stepped out of the elevator he was no longer in costume.... while i was still... but it wasnt him anymore... it was someone else.... the people in my dream started changing.... i was talking to people one min and continuing a conversation with a different person/ face... but the convo was continuing as if nothing had changed....

anyways so i was still in costume and ran to the womens bathroom ...  i changed stalls and came out a different one so that it wouldnt look like i was sailor moon.... gotta hide my identity you know .... and then when i emerged i walked out to see a young woman checking out bruises and stuff on her body in the mirror... she looked at me and said "dont say anything " and she walked into the stall that i was just in.... then when i went to leave the washroom there was a man standing with his back to the door and i said "excuse me" and he moved and then threatened me... something like " whatever you saw, dont tell anyone because i know your secret " and clearly he was the boyfriend of that girl and clearly he did that to her so i kept walking thinking to myself how i could tell on him or get her away from him without him knowing it was me.. cuz i guess he knew i was sailor moon... but still  who would believe him... haha  i was by the way tripping and being clumsy as i was walking through the airport.... so as i walked out... that is when i really noticed that my honey hadnt dissappeared... he actually turned into someone else... ie eric from that 70's show.. like wtf?!?! and i was walking and he was talking to me and then i noticed one of my friends that i met here in japan... Adi .... and both of them grabbed onto one of my hands... one on each side... and they were fighting for my attention.... which was sooooo weird.... and other people changed faces but were the same people..... this is about the time i woke up.....

pfft analyse that dream.... and rarely do i have famous people in my dreams....

so i thought i would also update this story as well

i got up this morning with plans to meet up with a friend and went to go take a quick shower. I was aout halfway finished ans had to rinse the conditioner..... and the water stopped running in my apartment..... i mean i checked the kitchen sink as well.... with very little time left and my landlord not answering the phone i sent a quick email to her cell... saying that i would be a bit late.... and turned on my kettle.... that had water in it and pulled the 1L ottle from my fridge ... and a bowl..... mixed the hot water with a it of cold and finishe rinsing off.... i ended up being a half an hour late.... but she forgave me .... it gave her an interesting story to laugh at.....


so in conclusion
showers are difficult without water.....
